Grapevine Guidelines

The Grapevine is a weekly Friday eNewsletter and is an exclusive Chamber Member Benefit. 

With a 47% open rate, The Grapevine is also archived on the Chamber website, social media sites to extend the visibility of your business and events.

Submission Rules

• Member must be in good standing.
• Maximum of two submissions per business each week.
• Articles may not be repeated week to week,  Please plan ahead and post events on the Chamber Community Calendar.
• Content must promote the submitting Chamber Member's business or organization only. Articles featuring or promoting non-member businesses, organizations, logos, or services may be edited, removed, or not published.
• Submit articles by email to info@gwpcc.biz no later than 9:00 a.m. Thursday.
• Maximum of 150 words. Longer submissions may be replaced with a link to a document.

Images & File Requirements

• Images must be submitted as separate JPEG (.jpg) or PNG (.png) attachments.
• Images embedded in the body of an email will not be accepted.
• PDF files will not be accepted as images.
• Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, WeTransfer, or other file-sharing links will not be accepted.
• One YouTube link may be submitted in place of photos. MP4 or other video files will not be accepted.
• AI-generated content is welcome; however, it must be submitted as an editable, readable document (Word document or text within the email). Images of AI-generated text or screenshots will not be accepted.

Appropriate Content

• Open Houses/Grand Openings
• Business Relocations
• New or Expanded Services
• Business Announcements and Events
• Fundraisers benefiting your organization
• Member Benefits and Coupons
• REALTOR® listings and open houses, limited to two per week

Not Accepted

• Job or volunteer postings (please use the Chamber Job Listings)
• Membership solicitations for Associations, Clubs, or Organizations
• Requests for sponsors, hosts, or donations
• REALTOR® advertising not related to listings or open houses (maximum of two real estate ads per week)

The Greater Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, or modify all submissions.
