Chamber Members ONLY may submit to the Grapevine 
Subject to Rules and Availability
 

The Grapevine is a weekly ENews MEMBER/PARTNER ONLY benefit that goes out every Friday! ONLY MEMBERS WILL BE PUBLISHED within submitted posts.

We have a 47% OPEN rate and the ENews resides on our website for everyone to see!

1. Member must be in good standing.
2. No more than two entries per business per week.
3. Cannot REPEAT story/information week to week. (Please plan accordingly) Remember to add your event to the Community Calendar on the Chamber website.
4. Submission HAS TO pertain to the MEMBER ONLY submitting event.  Submissions with non member logos/business names will be modified or not published.
5. How to submit - email article/info to info@gwpcc.biz received by 9:00 am on Thursday mornings - NO EXCEPTIONS
6. A maximum of 150 words for the body. We exercise the right to add a link to a document over 150 words.
7. Only JPEG or PNG Photo Accepted - No other form accepted, i.e. pdf, power point, excel, word, etc. 
8. We will accept a link to a YouTube Video.  NO MP4 videos or others which have to be modified accepted. A video submission will replace photographs.
9. Fax, or hard copy Grapevines will NOT be accepted.
10. Members may use Chamber computer if web access is not available.

What to Submit

• Open Houses
• Change of Location
• Change of/or New Services
• Events only PERTAINING to YOUR business
• Business Reminders
• Fundraiser notifications pertaining ONLY to YOUR business or organization
• No Sponsorship, Hosts solicitation or other allowed for your event
• Reminders about your Member to Member Benefits and coupons

1. Job/Volunteer postings will NOT be accepted. Please post according on the job listing area.
2. Membership solicitation for Associations/Clubs/Organizations will not be accepted.
3. REALTORS - Ads must pertain to Listings/Open Houses - No more than 2 Real Estate ads per week.
4. The Chamber reserves the right to accept, reject or modify all articles submitted.
